The first floor is very modern and open plan with a kitchen center island, a seating area and a dining area. Behind the kitchen is the scullery and just to the left a very large TV room with a wood burning fireplace for cold winter nights The floor to ceiling windows creates the feeling of space and openness. You can exit onto the veranda and from there you can go down to the garden where you will find a pool and an amazing boma area with a pizza oven, barbecue and dining area You will spend most of your time outside lapping up the views and jumping in and out of the pool on a hot summer days
