The full apartment is heated by gas central heating and controlled by a thermostat so it's easy to control the temperature and snuggle up to a comfy level. Too hot? Don't worry, we can also provide portable fans or air condition units on request.
All bathrooms are prepared with complimentary shampoo, body wash, toilet roll, hand-wash, hairdryer, and feminine hygiene care. How to book with Livinc

Confirm the booking – confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required
Move in day – once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that’s left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!

Booking Policy

Check-in is at 4:00 pm check-out is at 10:00 am
Payment – stays less than 1 month are pre-paid, stays longer than 1 month require pre-payment of the first month and then monthly payments directly to the property
Cancellation- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
